Сургуулийн өмнөх боловсролын ганцаарчилсан сургалтын төлөвлөгөөний хэрэгжилтийн судалгаа, A Study on the Implementation of Individual Learning Plan in Preschool Education

<jats:p>According to Article 10.1.9 of the General Education Law, “students with disabilities have the right to be provided with equal opportunities and conditions for education, just like other students.” In line with the principle of inclusive education, individual learning plans are organized for children diagnosed with mild disabilities within regular kindergarten groups. This study aimed to examine how teachers implement individual training for children with special needs and to develop recommendations based on the findings. Data were collected through document analysis, interviews with 22 kindergarten teachers, and observations of 25 children. The results show that the implementation of individual training varies depending on the developmental characteristics of each child. However, limited time and space hinder the consistent application of planned activities. Therefore, it is essential for teachers, parents, educational institutions, and relevant organizations to provide continuous and appropriate support to children with disabilities.</jats:p>
