<jats:p>This article discusses the issue of improving the technical preparation of volleyball players in the conditions of a training group. During the study, the effectiveness of modern methodological approaches in the formation of technical skills of athletes aged 14-16 was studied. In the experimental group, step-by-step training, individual training, video analysis, and tasks close to game conditions were used. According to the results, this methodology significantly increased the technical accuracy and quick decision-making skills of athletes. Based on the study, practical recommendations were developed to improve technical preparation in training groups.</jats:p>
