Abstract
<jats:p>The Mechanical Mapping Engine (MME) presents a framework-neutral deterministic structuring mechanism for transforming behavioral participation into standardized, machine-readable evidence.</jats:p> <jats:p>While global sustainability frameworks increasingly define disclosure expectations, relatively little attention has been devoted to the deterministic processes through which behavioral activities become structured evidence capable of supporting reporting, assurance, and institutional governance.</jats:p> <jats:p>MME addresses this structural gap by introducing a deterministic structuring architecture that standardizes behavioral evidence before analytical interpretation occurs.</jats:p> <jats:p>The framework establishes reproducible transformation logic capable of preserving evidence continuity, contextual integrity, machine readability, and cross-framework interoperability without interpreting external standards or modifying institutional authority.</jats:p> <jats:p>Operating within the broader Evidence Infrastructure ecosystem, MME provides a structural bridge between behavioral participation and downstream governance environments.</jats:p> <jats:p>The framework operates exclusively at the evidence structuring layer.</jats:p> <jats:p>Authority over reporting, materiality, compliance, assurance, legal interpretation, and regulatory enforcement remains entirely external.</jats:p>
