Abstract
<jats:p>EMJ.NEXUS Operational Principles presents the canonical execution model governing how institutional participation becomes structured, attributable, interoperable, and reusable evidence within the Evidence Infrastructure Architecture.</jats:p> <jats:p>Positioned as a Pre-Disclosure Evidence Infrastructure Layer, EMJ.NEXUS establishes the operational relationship between identity, participation, evidence generation, interoperability, and institutional use while preserving the independence of downstream reporting, assurance, regulatory, financial, compliance, and governance processes.</jats:p> <jats:p>Developed upon the PADV Methodology, NTCC Methodology, Behavioral Evidence Accumulation (BEA), Evidence Anchoring & Institutional SDK Specification (EAISS), and the broader Evidence Infrastructure Architecture, this publication defines a framework-neutral operational architecture supporting reusable evidence ecosystems across independent institutional environments.</jats:p>
