Abstract

<jats:p>This textbook is designed to develop legal translation skills in the context of studying the main institutions of the Anglo-American legal family (common law system), while simultaneously focusing on specialized legal terminology. The fifth edition of Part II of the textbook provides an opportunity to become familiar with some aspects of the influence of artificial intelligence on professional legal technologies, as well as the basic terminology currently developed in this field of knowledge. For master's students of the International Law Faculty of MGIMO University, studying the professional aspect of the English language. Previous editions of Part II of the textbook were published in 2017 and 2019 (by I. G. Fedotova, G. P. Tolstopiatenko, and N. V. Staroselskaya) and in 2021 and 2022. (authors I. G. Fedotova, G. P.
