იურისტის კვალიფიკაციის დადასტურება და პრაქტიკულ იურიდიულ საქმიანობაზე დაშვების ქართული მოდელი

<jats:p>This book examines confirming lawyer’s qualification and the Georgian model for admission to legal practice. The aim of the study is to identify the root causes of problems in Georgian legal education, evaluate the compliance and sufficiency of the minimum learning outcomes prescribed by legislation for practicing law, identify possible deficiencies in the current external assessment model of law programs, and propose an optimal accreditation model for improving legal education. Recommendations have been developed both for legislative consideration and for higher educational institutions. The study also examines the current model of admission to the profession. It evaluates the relevance and justification of the prerequisites established for admission to legal practice, as well as the appropriateness of establishing different standards for starting legal practice in various directions of the profession. As a result, an optimal model for admission to legal practice is proposed.</jats:p>
