Искусственный интеллект в производстве кабельной продукции

<jats:p>Статья рассматривает роль искусственного интеллекта (ИИ) в создании кабельной продукции – от проектирования и разработки до производства кабельного изделия. В первой части даётся историческая справка о применении ИИ в промышленности: от ранних экспертных систем до концепции Industry 4.0. Представлены примеры применения ИИ в проектировании кабеля. В разделе, посвящённом производству, описаны методы предиктивного обслуживания, онлайн-контроля качества, оптимизации процессов экструзии и намотки, роботизации и цифровых двойников линий. В заключении подводятся итоги, обсуждаются преимущества, риски и рекомендации по внедрению ИИ в кабельной отрасли.</jats:p> <jats:p>The article is concerned with the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in the production of cable products — from design and development to cable manufacturing. The first part provides the background of the AI use in the industry: from the early expert systems to the concept of Industry 4.0. Examples of the use of AI in cable design are presented. The methods of predictive maintenance, online quality control, optimization of extrusion and winding processes, robot automation and digital twins of manufacturing lines are described in the section devoted to the production. In the conclusion part the results are summarized, the advantages, risks and recommendations for the introduction of AI in the cable industry are discussed. The article is divided into several parts following each other in a chronological sequence.</jats:p>
