Abstract
the article considers visualization as a narrative principle, including both a literal description of portrait details (sideburns, top hat, lionfish cloak) and the creation of an internal visible image that provokes the work of the reader's imagination. The methods of introducing Pushkin into the plot as a full-fledged character, as well as intertextual elements from the biography and work of the poet, are analyzed. The purpose of the study is to identify ways to visualize the image of A. S. Pushkin in modern children's and youth prose based on the works of A. Givargizov, T. Stamova, V. Degteva and P. Vlasov. As a result of the study, it was established that the key trend is the demythologization of the poet through his "humanization" and inclusion in the game plot action; however, at the same time, the sacred status of the "sun of Russian poetry" is not destroyed, which is manifested in the motives of the inability to leave the portrait frame (V. Degtev) or erase the written lines (T. Stamova). Visualization of Pushkin's image in children's and youth prose allows you to bridge the gap between a textbook monument and a living person, while maintaining the canonical idea of the poet as a cultural value.
