Abstract
<jats:p>в статье представлены особенности перевода числовых обозначений заголовков британских газет. Исследование рассматривает заголовки основных англоязычных изданий, к которым относятся The Guardian, The Telegraph, The Times, Daily Mail, The Sun, и методы влияния на информативность и экспрессивность контента. Исходя из результатов исследования можно утверждать, что цифры в заголовках газет выполняют не только информационную функцию, но и практичную функцию, привлекая внимание читателей.</jats:p> <jats:p>the article presents the features of translation of numeric notations of headlines of British newspapers. The study examines the headlines of major English-language publications, such as The Guardian, The Telegraph, The Times, Daily Mail, and The Sun, and the methods used to influence the informational and expressive nature of content. Based on the results of the study, it can be argued that the numbers in the headlines of newspapers perform not only an informational function but also a practical function by attracting readers' attention.</jats:p>
