Abstract
<jats:p>The textbook discusses an algebraic approach to the nonlinear control systems based on the formalism of differential fields and differential one-forms. The problems covered by the textbook include the realization problem, the accessibility and observability of nonlinear control systems, their transfer equivalence, stability, observer design, input-output and input-state linearization, trajectory tracking, disturbance decoupling, noninteracting control, and model matching problem.</jats:p>
