Abstract
<jats:p>This monograph is dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the nuclear industry of the Russian Federation. The article reviews the history of the establishment and development trends of nuclear law, examines the sources of nuclear law at the national and international levels, the legal regulation of nuclear facilities in the Russian Federation and abroad, the aspects of the legal status of nuclear companies, and analyzes the specifics of contractual regulation, state regulation, and international legal regulation of infrastructure and other nuclear energy projects. A key aspect is the issue of legal regulation of nuclear security at the national and international levels. The monograph was prepared with the participation of researchers of the Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization “Center for the Development of Energy Law and Modern Legal Science named after V.A. Musin”, experts from the Rosatom State Atomic Energy Corporation companies, postgraduate students of the V.A. Musin Center, foreign legal scholars.
