<jats:p>This article investigates the scientific and theoretical foundations of effective management of transport and logistics enterprises in the context of globalization, as well as priority areas for their improvement. A comparative analysis of the scientific views of foreign and domestic scholars was conducted, and modern approaches to managing transport and logistics enterprises were systematized. External and internal factors influencing the operational efficiency of transport and logistics enterprises were classified, and the importance of integrating TMS, WMS, and ERP systems was substantiated. Furthermore, international experience in applying ESG standards in the transport and logistics sector was analyzed, and scientific and practical proposals aimed at harmonizing environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and corporate governance were developed.</jats:p>
