Abstract
<jats:p>The article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations for the development of housing construction in Uzbekistan. Special attention is paid to providing the population with affordable, safe, and modern housing, improving public-private partnership mechanisms, introducing innovative and energy-efficient technologies, and forming regional construction clusters. The study substantiates the need for an integrated approach to housing construction development, including economic, social, institutional, environmental, and digital models. The article also analyzes ways to improve housing stock management, diversify construction industry enterprises, and expand the value-added chain</jats:p>
