Abstract
<jats:p>This article analyzes the stages of formation and development of the electronic procurement mechanism, as well as the economic, technological, and institutional factors influencing this process. The scientific approaches of foreign scholars are generalized, and the legal foundations of the electronic public procurement system in the Republic of Uzbekistan are examined within the framework of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-684 dated April 22, 2021, “On Public Procurement.” Based on the results of the research, scientific and practical proposals for improving the electronic procurement mechanism have been developed</jats:p>
