Abstract
<jats:p>Based on Dynamic Capabilities Theory, this article examines the relationships among biostatistical analytics, epidemiological surveillance design, crisis preparedness, digital transformation capability, and sustainable business performance under organizational disruption. The research problem is to identify the mechanism through which analytical capabilities affect sustainable performance not directly, but through intermediate organizational processes. A quantitative cross-sectional design and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) were used, with data collected from 231 employees of pharmaceutical companies. Results show that biostatistical analytics strengthens epidemiological surveillance, which reinforces crisis preparedness and leads to sustainable performance; digital transformation capability moderates this chain. The author's scientific contribution lies in testing a sequential mediation-moderation model within a unified framework and demonstrating its practical relevance for Uzbekistan's pharmaceutical industry.</jats:p>
