<jats:p>This article examines the organizational and economic aspects of increasing service efficiency by developing innovative activities in medical service enterprises. Increasing competition in the medical services market, the population's growing demand for high-quality and prompt medical services, and the rapid development of modern technologies require innovative management approaches from medical service enterprises. The study systematizes the impact of innovative activity on the quality of medical services, labor productivity, resource utilization efficiency, service delivery speed, and the financial results of enterprises. Additionally, a system of indicators for assessing the innovative activity of medical service enterprises is proposed, and a cause-and-effect relationship between innovative activity and service efficiency is substantiated.</jats:p>
