Abstract

<jats:p>In legal theory, the following are traditionally considered to be substantive rules of legal technique: the search for social relations in the sphere of legal regulation, uniformity of legal regulation, integrity of legal regulation, the correct choice of the branch of law, the choice of legal form, ensuring the compliance of legal documents with the principles and norms of international law. These requirements for the process of developing legal acts are intended to ensure clarity, logic, consistency, and applicability of legal acts. However, the substantive components of legal technology must also ensure the implementation of the principle of the rule of law.</jats:p>
