<jats:p>This article looks into the analysis of the constitutional and legal content of the requirements presented by the Constitution and the Constitutional Law “On the Constitutional Court” on the admissibility of applications of individuals and legal entities within the framework of concrete control exercised by the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia. The author discusses their peculiarities in the context of some current issues of the institution of individual complaints.</jats:p>
