<jats:p>Based on the separation of the “constitutional order” and the “foundations of constitutional order”, the definitions of the “constitutional order” were analyzed in the article, the omissions and shortcomings therein were identified, and certain characteristics inherent in the constitutional order were put forward, and on this basis, an attempt was made to build the author's definition of the constitutional order.</jats:p>
