<jats:p>This article provides a legal analysis of violations of statutory rules of conduct and subordination among servicemen (cadets/students) in the Armenian Armed Forces. The author emphasizes the need for continuous reform in military education to foster highly qualified and legally conscious officers. The study details the constituent elements (corpus delicti) of several military crimes defined by the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia (CC RA), including: 1. Failure to Execute an Order [1, Article 516]. Analyzing the forms of non-execution (open and covert) and the consequence of causing substantial harm to the service. 2. Resisting a Commander or Obstructing Duties [1, Article 518]. Examining acts of resistance and coercion using methods like threats of violence or blackmail. 3. Use of Violence or Threat of Violence Against a Commander [1, Article 519]. Focusing on acts of violence or threats directed at a superior as revenge for their service activities, even if not linked to the immediate performance of duties. 4. Use of Violence or Threat of Violence Against a Subordinate [1, Article 520). A similar analysis concerning violence against a subordinate when the act is not related to military duties. 5. Violation of Statutory Rules of Interrelations Between Servicemen in the Absence of Subordination [1, Article 521]. Investigating violent acts or the degradation of honor and dignity among servicemen of equal status. 6. Insulting a Serviceman [1, Article 524]. Addressing the crime of insulting a serviceman, specifically when committed in connection with the performance of military duties. The conclusion proposes specific preventive measures for military educational institutions, such as improving legal information systems, implementing a robust professional legal selection process, and establishing a three-phase study and support program to enhance cadets' legal knowledge.</jats:p>
