Abstract
<jats:p>Business intelligence (BI) is increasingly considered a cornerstone of modern decision-making, enabling organizations to analyze data, generate insights, and improve operational efficiency. However, implementing BI tools in IT organizations can be challenging. Despite the obvious benefits of BI, such as improved decision-making, operational efficiency, and increased competitiveness, many IT organizations face significant barriers during the implementation and integration phases. This article examines the key challenges IT organizations face when implementing BI and offers solutions to overcome these barriers.</jats:p>
