Abstract
<jats:p>This volume explores evolving HRM practices and organizational development strategies essential for dynamic, technologically integrated workplaces. It focuses on competency-based hiring, strategic talent development, leadership pipeline building, employee well-being frameworks, remote/hybrid workforce management, and data-driven HR decision-making. The volume encourages research addressing performance management redesign, cultural adaptability, change facilitation, diversity and inclusion frameworks, negotiation and conflict management, and behavioral analytics for workforce insights.
