Abstract
This volume focuses on the architectural progression of cloud-based database systems that support large-scale, distributed, and high-availability data environments. The core emphasis is on intelligent storage mechanisms, elastic scaling strategies, distributed transaction models, costaware resource orchestration, and high-performance data retrieval. Research contributions may include advancements in serverless databases, containerized storage infrastructures, sharding and replication frameworks, distributed query planning, and metadata-driven optimization techniques. Studies addressing challenges related to performance bottlenecks, latency reduction, data consistency trade-offs, multi-cloud interoperability, and disaster recovery resilience are encouraged. Real-world application evaluations, performance benchmark studies, and deployment models for mission-critical cloud database environments are valuable. The volume aims to advance robust and autonomous cloud-native database ecosystems that ensure reliability, scalability, and data integrity across diverse usage scenarios.
