Abstract
<jats:p>The field of clinical pharmacy has evolved greatly by transforming the role of pharmacists from dispensing of drugs to an integral health care system who actively contribute to the positive therapeutic outcomes. With increasing disease management and pharmacotherapy complexity, the competent clinical pharmacists with well-equipped practical knowledge and patient-centred skills has become more vital. This book has been carefully designed to provide students, academicians, and health care professionals with a comprehensive understanding and emergency concepts in clinical pharmacy practice. The chapters have been arranged in a sequential manner beginning from basics to the advanced and contemporary topics, which are useful in patient care and health care technologies.
