Abstract
India stood at a decisive moment in its development journey—where technology, entrepreneurship, and cultural heritage converged to shape an inclusive and sustainable future. The vision of Digital Bharat 2030 reflected not merely technological advancement, but a broader commitment to inclusive growth that integrated innovation with India’s rich socio-cultural foundations. The 5th International Conference on “Digital Bharat 2030: AI, Entrepreneurship and Heritage Based Development for Inclusive Growth”, organised by Daly College of Business Management (DCBM), Indore, provided a multidisciplinary platform for academicians, researchers, policymakers, industry professionals, and students to engage in meaningful dialogue on contemporary challenges and opportunities. The conference encouraged critical exploration of how artificial intelligence and entrepreneurial ecosystems could coexist with heritage-based development to foster equitable and responsible growth. This edited volume, carrying an ISBN, brought together selected research papers presented at the conference. The contributions reflected diverse perspectives across management, technology, social sciences, and development studies, addressing themes such as responsible AI, digital entrepreneurship, inclusive finance, heritage-driven innovation, sustainable business models, governance, and data-driven decision-making. Together, these chapters offered both theoretical insights and practical implications relevant to emerging economies and global development discourse. DCBM, rooted in the legacy of Daly College established in 1882, remaines committed to academic excellence, ethical leadership, and socially responsible management education. Through this conference and the present publication, the institution sought to strengthen knowledge creation, promote interdisciplinary research, and encourage collaboration among national and international stakeholders. We hoped that this book would serve as a valuable academic resource and inspire further research, dialogue, and action towards building a digitally empowered, entrepreneurial, and culturally grounded India by 2030.
