Abstract
<jats:p>This book is the result of learning, patience, and countless moments of dedication. It was written with a simple intention to share knowledge in a meaningful and easy-to-understand way so that it may help and inspire readers in their own journey. Every page carries not only ideas and research, but also emotions, experiences, and sincere efforts.
