Abstract

This volume highlights computational frameworks and knowledge representation methods used to convert raw and unstructured data into meaningful, contextual, and actionable intelligence. It emphasizes knowledge graph engineering, semantic web models, reasoning algorithms, cognitive computing frameworks, inference mechanisms, and multi-agent cooperative decision systems. Research exploring hybrid symbolic–neural intelligence architectures, explainable machine reasoning, domain-specific knowledge encoding, and semantic interpretation is encouraged. Real-world deployment in sectors such as healthcare diagnostics, enterprise knowledge systems, smart governance, manufacturing automation, and environmental intelligence is particularly relevant. The goal is to advance systematic and interpretable intelligent system development guided by structured knowledge design.
