Abstract
<jats:p>The guide was created in response to the real challenges that media professionals face on a daily basis in the context of full-scale war – chronic stress, professional burnout, working with traumatic content, and a high level of responsibility for information. This is not a theoretical publication – It is a practical support tool. The guide combines explanations of psychological processes with practical techniques that help to: stabilize emotional and psychological states in stressful situations manage emotional workload prevent burnout restore personal resources and maintain professional effectiveness The material is structured according to the principle: understanding → awareness → tools → application, which allows it to be used both in everyday professional practice and in crisis situations. The guide is intended for journalists, editors, producers, camera operators, media managers, and all professionals working with information in wartime conditions.
