Abstract
<jats:p>Работа посвящена анализу становления хирургии задней черепной ямки (ЗЧЯ) в первой половине XX века через призму практического вклада профессора И.М. Григоровского. Основной задачей являлась реконструкция его системного подхода, который позволил выявить ключевые проблемы, проанализировать пути их преодоления и сформулировать принципы, определившие дальнейший прогресс в этой области. Его работа показала, что преодоление высоких рисков операций в ЗЧЯ стало возможным не стихийно, а через осознанное движение по универсальному пути научно-хирургического прогресса, фундамент для которого был заложен, в том числе, его собственными исследованиями и систематизацией</jats:p> <jats:p>The work is devoted to the analysis of the development of posterior cranial fossa surgery in the first half of the 20th century through the prism of the practical contribution of Professor I.M. Grigorovsky. The main task was to reconstruct his systematic approach, which made it possible to identify key problems, analyze ways to overcome them and formulate principles that determined further progress in this area. His work showed that overcoming the high risks of operations in the posterior cranial fossa was not a spontaneous process, but rather a result of a conscious movement along a universal path of scientific and surgical progress, which was based, among other things, on his own research and systematization</jats:p>
