Abstract
This article examines the formation of students’ moral and value orientations in the university cultural and educational environment from a sociological perspective. Drawing on studies of spiritual and moral culture, youth value change, and educational socialization, it argues that universities function as institutional spaces where academic practices, interpersonal relations, and symbolic norms shape students’ ethical priorities. The paper shows that value formation is influenced by social transformation, digital communication, and educational organization, and concludes that the cultural environment of the university remains decisive for developing stable moral orientations and civic responsibility.
