Abstract
<jats:p>В статье рассмотрена трансформация рисков устойчивого развития российской Арктики в условиях климатической и геополитической турбулентности. Предложена методика оценки интегрального индекса уязвимости арктических регионов. Выявлен нелинейный характер влияния климатических и геополитических факторов. Обосновано наличие синергетического эффекта, что указывает на необходимость интеграции климатических и экономических стратегий управления рисками.</jats:p> <jats:p>The article examines the transformation of the risks of sustainable development of the Russian Arctic in the context of climatic and geopolitical turbulence. A methodology for assessing the integral vulnerability index of the Arctic regions is proposed. The nonlinear nature of the influence of climatic and geopolitical factors is revealed. The existence of a synergistic effect is substantiated, which indicates the need to integrate climate and economic risk management strategies.</jats:p>
