Abstract

<p>This work takes an interdisciplinary approach to examining how cyberbullying and digital aggression should be assessed from a legal perspective. It analyzes the limitations of existing criminal laws in their current application and incorporates psychological findings in order to bring criminal law closer to the real effects of digital violence on the psyche. By combining perspectives from criminal law doctrine and normative theory, the work shows ways to achieve a contemporary understanding of responsibility in the digital space. The author conducts research on criminal and cyber law with a focus on cyberaggression, and diversity of opinion on the internet.</p>
