Abstract

The ability to implement projects within an organization and with different professional groups is viewed more than ever as a qualification, even in nursing, and is one of the most important elements of human resources development. A successful project requires an appealing project design, clear and understandable structures, and stringent project management. This applies to all phases of a project. The decision as to which project management tools are used depends on the individual project size, difficulty, and complexity. The authors have extensive theoretical and practical experiences in project management and the tools presented.
