Abstract

<p>Natalie Sander examines the expectations placed on school administrators in the generalist nursing education. Based on expert interviews, she describes and analyses different perspectives from the fields of education, practice and management. Her findings reveal a wide range of expectations, encompassing pedagogical, communicative, and strategic competencies. This work provides valuable insights into the requirements and responsibilities of school administrators in nursing education.</p>
