Abstract
<ns3:p><p>This publication is based on accounts from Ukrainian officers associated with the organised psychological support division in one of the brigades trained in Poland as part of the European Union Military Assistance Mission to Ukraine (EUMAM Ukraine). The article presents structured data relating to the causes of low morale, its impact on the ability to perform tasks, and the psychological support system that was organised in one of the Ukrainian units. Recommendations are put forward for consideration as part of an analysis of Ukrainian experiences. The research described in the article is based on the formulation of objectives in the form of research questions, examined methodologically using theoretical methods: abstraction, classification and monographic analysis.</p></ns3:p>
