<jats:p>This article is dedicated to the entrepreneur and renowned Armenian patron of the arts, Mi-kael Aramyants, and his activities. This article is dedicated to the entrepreneur and renowned Armenian patron of the arts, Mi-kael Aramyants, and his activities. In October 2025, I visited Aramyants's castle-summer residence. It will truly look magnificent if it is fully repaired, strengthened, and restored. The residence is built on the upper part of the highway leading from the town of Akhtala to Pokr Ayrum, 187 km north of Yerevan, 5–7 km northeast of the town of Akhtala. On December 15, 2016, and subsequently on August 14, 2025, by decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, the castle-residence was included in the state list of immovable monu-ments of history and culture and received the status of a historical and cultural monument. This was an important step towards its legal protection. However, large-scale restoration projects have not yet been implemented, and it remains in a state of neglect.</jats:p>
