<jats:p>In this article, the antiradical activities of 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) solution of 4 different varieties of pomegranate  seeds were studied in vitro. The discoloration of the purple 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) solution allowed us to determine the presence of some pure antioxidant compounds that have the properties of donating a hydrogen atom or an electron. Stable DPPH is a reagent used in spectrophotometric analysis, and the measured light absorption and antiradical activities of samples of 4 different varieties of pomegranate were compared and analyzed.</jats:p>
