<jats:p>In ethnomusicology, a comparative analysis of different versions of songs is an important condition for studying the features of the people’s musical-linguistic thinking and identifying the ways of preservation, development and creation of new genres of musical culture. As a result of oral transmission, a number of versions of traditional songs appear, in some cases preserving the nature and features of the song, and in other cases, changing, sometimes distorting beyond recognition, or, on the contrary, developing, enriching the song.</jats:p>
