<jats:p>The purpose of this presentation is to outline the process of documenting folk dances. This involves recording performances in the villages, analyzing and developing the dances, comparing them with regional variations, and ultimately staging and performing them. This process is grounded in Gagik Ginosyan’s years of dedicated work and experience. This article provides a detailed description of each stage of the dance development process, from recording to performance.</jats:p>
