«Մեզոգել» հակակպումային պատնեշի ազդեցությունը մարսողական ուղու պատի կարի վրա փորձարարական մոդելում

<jats:p>Abdominal adhesive disease is one of the current, unresolved problems of surgery. The consequences of this lesion are a significant burden for the healthcare and social sphere. Antiadhesive barriers are important for the prevention of abdominal adhesive disease. The use of these means is limited in some cases due to presence of anastomosis of gastrointestinal tract. The aim of our study is to investigate the results of application of the antiadhesive barrier "Mesogel" in the presence of sutures of gastrointestinal wall in an experimental model. In the experimental model of adhesion formation, sutures were placed on the wall of the stomach and the abdomen was treated with the barrier "Mesogel". The results of postoperative macroscopic and microscopic examinations showed that this antiadhesive barrier reduces adhesion formation compared to the control group and does not have a negative effect on the healing of the gastrointestinal wall suture.</jats:p>
