Սրտամկանի սուր ինֆարկտի ST սեգմենտի բարձրացմամբ(STEMI) բուժման ցանցային մոդելի ներդրման հնարավորությունները Հայաստանում՝ հիմնվելով միջազգային փորձի վրա

<jats:p>ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) remains a leading cause of cardiovascular mortality and disability, with prehospital delay being a key predictor of clinical outcomes. This study aimed to analyze successful international STEMI network models and develop a phased implementation approach within the Armenian healthcare system. A systematic literature review (PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, 2023–2025) and a structural analysis of the Armenian healthcare system were conducted. The results demonstrate that STEMI network implementation reduces prehospital delay by 30–40% and 30-day mortality by 35%. In Armenia, invasive cardiac centers exist in Yerevan and major regions; however, Tele-ECG and regional thrombolysis protocols are lacking. The unified electronic registry (ARMI) has been operational since December 2023 but requires further expansion and full integration into the ARMED system. A 6-component phased STEMI network model is proposed, including Tele-ECG, direct referral to a PCI center, a thrombolysis protocol (when distance to a PCI center exceeds 90 minutes), rescue PCI, and expansion of the ARMI unified electronic registry.</jats:p>
