Abstract
The article discusses forced shear vibrations of a piecewise homogeneous layer obtained by joining two heterogenous layers with interphase defects such as tunnel cracks, completely or partially bonded strip thin absolutely rigid inclusions. The layer is deformed by an absolutely rigid stamp with a flat base, acting on the boundary plane of one of the layers under the influence of a concentrated load periodically changing over time. In the general case, discontinuous solutions of the equations of motion of elasticity theory under antiplane deformation are constructed for a composite two-component layer with interphase defects. These solutions are used to write a governing system of singular integral equations for the problem. As an example, a case with only one inclusion and one inclusion partially detached from the matrix is considered.
