Abstract
<jats:p>In 1959, Berj Fazlian established the "Vahram Papazian" Theater Troupe in Lebanon. As its founding artistic director, Fazlian staged numerous productions that garnered significant acclaim not only from the Armenian community and press but also within Arabic and French-language media outlets. Notable productions by the company include Ben Jonson’s Volpone, The Tale of Vasco by the internationally renowned Lebanese playwright Georges Schehadé, Le-von Shant’s Ancient Gods, Molière’s The Scoundrel, and Melik Kocharyan’s adaptation of Franz Werfel’s The Forty Days of Musa Dagh, alongside Reginald Rose’s Twelve Angry Men.</jats:p>
