Abstract

<jats:p>Henri Troyat (Levon Torosyan) is a searching writer. He strives to recognize a person in his inner relationships, to open the unexplored folds of his soul, new cognitive and moral movements. The prose writer carries out his examinations and analyses by combining psychological and philosophical principles, skills, and his own life experience gained from Russian and European readings. Among his stable literary preferences are impartial examination, approaching phenomena from different, often unexpected angles. Henri Troyan, having grown up in a Russian and French atmosphere, influenced by Russian and European cultures, established his place in the European literary scene. He is the author of more than forty books.</jats:p>
