Abstract
<jats:p>What if racism does not merely infiltrate knowledge—but owns it? In an era marked by mounting racial violence and deepening global inequalities, Racism’s Knowledge pierces the academy’s most cherished illusions with unsparing clarity. This collection advances a devastating proposition: that formalised disciplinary knowledge itself belongs to racism, interpellating us all— scholar, reformer, activist—into its gravitational field. The authors refuse consoling narratives of institutional virtue, exposing how transformation discourse slides into complicity, how diversity machinery perpetuates hierarchy, and how even decolonisation projects are conscripted back into racism’s proprietary empire. Through rigorous conceptual labour and unflinching critique, they strip away every fiction of innocence—from the excellence rhetoric that reentrenches racial divisions to unconscious bias frameworks that veil systemic oppression. Yet this book is no counsel of despair.
