Abstract

<jats:p>Волновое перемешивание является новым перспективным направлением в современном машиностроении. К настоящему моменту времени в филиале ИМАШ РАН НЦ НВМТ РАН созданы научные подходы в разработке машин и аппаратов, реализующих принципы нелинейной волновой механики жидких сред. В настоящей статье представлены некоторые результаты специфического поведения жидких сред и биологических культур при волновых воздействиях в процессе волнового перемешивания. Такие эффекты наблюдаются при волновой обработке на волновых смесителях жидких сред электромеханического принципа действия и не проявляются в традиционных смесителях с вращающимися мешалками.</jats:p> <jats:p>Wave mixing is a new and promising direction in modern mechanical engineering. To date, the Branch of Mechanical Engineering Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences "Research Center for Nonlinear Wave Mechanics and Technology of the Russian Academy of Sciences" has developed scientific approaches to the design of machines and apparatuses that implement the principles of nonlinear wave mechanics of liquid media. This article presents some results of the specific behavior of liquid media under wave influences during the wave mixing process. Such effects are observed during wave processing in wave mixers of liquid media based on an electromechanical principle and do not manifest in traditional mixers with rotating impellers. The paper outlines some design principles for wave mixers. It presents the results of exposing various industrial liquid compositions, which are non-Newtonian fluids. After wave processing in such mixers, synthetic nanosilica exhibited a reduction in its viscosity by more than an order of magnitude. An aluminosilicate spheroplastic maintain its structural integrity with a binder content of only 1% of the filler mass. The productivity of the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae increased by a factor of 1.46, whereas the yeast-like fungus Geotrichum candidum, conversely, showed reduced activity.</jats:p>
