Abstract
<jats:p>В статье представлена разработка морфологической матрицы для систематизации и синтеза технологических процессов и машин для механической переработки отходов пенополиуретанов. Матрица построена на основе выделения пяти ключевых атрибутов технологической цепи и для каждого атрибута определен спектр возможных альтернатив. Системный анализ комбинаций этих альтернатив позволяет выявлять как известные, так и перспективные инновационные решения, обеспечивая комплексный подход к проектированию технологических процессов. Целью является проведение структурного синтеза и систематизация технологий, охватывающей все этапы процесса – от подготовки сырья до получения конечного продукта, с фокусом исключительно на методы, не предполагающие глубокой химической деструкции полимерных цепей. Приведен пример конкретной реализации технологического процесса.</jats:p> <jats:p>The article presents the development of a morphological matrix for the systematization and synthesis of technological processes and machines for the mechanical processing of polyurethane foam waste. The matrix is based on the identification of five key attributes of the technological chain, and a range of possible alternatives is defined for each attribute. A systematic analysis of the combinations of these alternatives allows for the identification of both known and promising innovative solutions, providing a comprehensive approach to the design of technological processes. The goal is to carry out a structural synthesis and systematization of technologies that cover all stages of the process, from the preparation of raw materials to the production of the final product, with a focus exclusively on methods that do not involve deep chemical destruction of polymer chains. An example of a specific implementation of the technological process is provided.</jats:p>
