Abstract

<jats:p>The purpose of this educational and methodological article is to identify the mainmanagement challenges in the Republic of Armenia, to compare them with contemporarymanagement models, and to provide students with the skills to conduct team-basedanalysis, while highlighting the significance of different management approaches in thecontext of both state governance and business development. To achieve the above goal, the main problems of management in the Republic ofArmenia were studied, modern management models were presented.The methodology presented in the article was applied within the framework of thesubject "Management," taught at the Faculty of Economics of the YSU Dependent BranchIjevan during the 2018-2025 academic years, based on the presented theoretical aspectsand numerous research works. The teaching methodology has a clear component of theorganization of practical work, which makes it possible to more effectively conductpractical classes and ensure the process of formation and development of students'abilities. Practical classes were conducted through group and individual multidisciplinarywork. Various management models were analyzed, students presented their vision of theArmenian management model. Students submitted their assignments in writing (asrequired by the research paper) and orally (through presentations).During the course, the following results were obtained: presentation of the featuresof management models, comparative analysis of models, study of the problems offorming the RA management model, derivation of the Armenian management model,formation of teamwork skills, improvement of professional written speech, development ofprofessional oral speech.</jats:p>
