TRENDS IN LEGAL REGULATION OF DIGITAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP

<jats:p>This article analyzes the main trends in the legal regulation of digital entrepreneurship from the perspective of private law and business law. The purpose of the study is to determine the legal nature of relations involving digital platforms, electronic contracts, smart contracts, digital rights, and digital assets, as well as to develop scientific and practical proposals for improving the legislation of Uzbekistan. The paper substantiates that digital entrepreneurship is not merely a form of e-commerce, but a comprehensive legal phenomenon encompassing electronic identification, online payments, information systems, platform services, and algorithmic management tools. The study employs comparative-legal, systemic, formal-legal, and doctrinal analysis methods. Consequently, four key areas for regulating digital entrepreneurship are substantiated: clarifying legal concepts, establishing the liability of digital platform operators, strengthening the civil-law regime of electronic transactions and smart contracts, and developing flexible legal regimes for startups and the export of digital services.</jats:p>
