Abstract
<jats:p>The paper presents the prerequisites for correct posture, causes of postural abnormalities, the consequences resulting from them, as well as the means of treatment highlighted on the basis of the literature. The experiment was done among 60 students of the Brusov State University and it turned out that 74.1% have a deviation in posture: The set of exercises presented in the work is effective, it was applied in the rehabilitation center «Limf» in 50 patients and gave a positive result.</jats:p>
